Imageskill Outliner is a plug-in for Windows compatible with programs like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Photoshop Elements, Corel (Jasc) Paint Shop Pro, Microsoft Digital Image Suit, IrfanView or XnView.



The main objective of Imageskill Outliner is to give the user the chance to retouch photos to look like they were hand-drawn in pencil. This way, the image will be done with edges or lines that look like that, on a white or black background.
